Clare Swan offers Brief Outpatient (BOP), Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services to individuals struggling with substance abuse.

The level of care and length of the treatment is determined by recommendations of substance-abuse assessments.

All levels of care include individual screenings and counseling/case management sessions, the development of a treatment plan and assistance in establishing a sober support group. OP and IOP programs also include group therapy.

The staff works with participants to help them achieve sobriety and an overall healthy lifestyle.
