2021 Virtual NYO Games Alaska

The ongoing public health crisis may force changes to the 2021 NYO Games, but it can’t change our NYO spirit! The Games will be going virtual again this year with the statewide Junior Games already underway.

Athletes are coordinating with their coaches, schools, and/or community to compete and strive for their personal best via video submissions to the NYO Games Committee. All events will be performed under strict public-health guidelines according to the CDC and at the discretion of the NYO Committee.

CITC is actively monitoring public health conditions and recommendations prior to finalizing event details regarding the 2021 Senior Games. While the Senior Games will also be a virtual event, the NYO community is exploring options to ensure the experience is safe, engaging, and rewarding for all who participate.
