Confidence Rebranded: Building Confidence as a Workplace Skill

Jun 9, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

free

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build.

This course explores the idea that true confidence is not being the loudest person in the room. It is about trusting yourself, showing up with intention, and relying on your self-efficacy. This course aims to show how confidence can exist alongside humility, respect, and community-centered values—and how believing in yourself does not mean believing you are better than others.

This 1-hour Life Skills course aims to help you identify and take ownership of your strengths, explore strategies to “show up anyway”—on the days you feel less than confident. You will also create a personalized confidence-building soundtrack designed to help you focus, be present, and be empowered before interviews, difficult conversations, or important workplace moments.

In this course, you will:
· Explore confidence as a skill to be practiced and strengthened
· Understand the difference between confidence, bragging, arrogance, and “showing off”
· Learn how confidence connects to personal and professional growth
· Practice strategies for “showing up anyway” during moments of uncertainty
· Create a personalized soundtrack to use before interviews or important workplace moments
· Explore self-efficacy and understand its value

Perfect for:
Anyone who wants practical tools to build confidence, trust themselves, and embrace personal and professional growth.
