Already have a myCITC account? Keep using it — search services, message staff, view your information exactly as before. Please take a minute to register in the new system. You can start it from inside your account, and staff can help you finish.

Three Steps to Register

Gather three things

  • A current photo IDDriver’s license, State of Alaska ID, tribal ID, passport, or military ID
  • Proof of Alaska Native or American Indian status, if that applies to youTribal enrollment card, Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), or a tribal enrollment letter
  • Proof of where you liveA lease, a utility bill, or any piece of mail with your name and address on itCurrently unhoused? You can still register.

Photos taken on your phone are fine.

Get your confirmation

You’ll get a confirmation right away, along with an invitation to set up your myCITC account if you don’t have one yet, you don’t have to wait for the review to finish.

Staff review registrations within 3 business days and will contact you if anything is missing.
