Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. (CITC) is soliciting proposals to contract for External Grant Evaluation to aid in all mandatory reporting requirements, and advise in the data collections process across all grant programs. The External Grant Evaluator will be expected to work with the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) or other CITC department Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, and program staff.

Proposals will be scored on qualifications, proposed strategies, and expected cost to complete all project services.

Written questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Lana Baily. All written questions must be received no later than Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 5:00 PM Alaska Time, so that necessary clarifications may be distributed to any agency provided the RFP process. Questions will be answered in writing via addenda. Addenda will be issued as deemed appropriate by CITC.

Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM Alaska Time.
