RFP: CITC Facilities Long-term Maintenance Plan

Cook Inlet Tribal Council is requesting proposals for development of comprehensive long-term facilities maintenance plan to cover CITC owned facilities in Anchorage and Eklutna.

The contractor selected will evaluate and report on the current physical status of each facility, addressing all aspects, including but not limited to, structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roe and interior finishes. Recommended repairs must be prioritized. A recommended maintenance and /or replacement schedule for all major building systems must also be provided.
