Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an intensive two-day training (from 8:30-4 pm both days) on how to hold a suicide intervention. ASIST is an evidence-based program that offers tools for the average person to identify and have a conversation with someone at risk for suicide. It’s an essential tool for those who work with both youth and adults at risk for suicide, but it can be a great resource for empowering you to help those you care about in your personal circle.

  • ASIST is an intensive 16 hour, in-person training on recognizing symptoms and conducting an intervention. Everyone can learn the skills necessary to keep someone safe.

**ASIST is not recommended for anyone that is actively grieving a loss from suicide.

To begin the first step of the registration process, log onto EventBright link and choose the training you are interested in and register.
