Youth Services

At CITC, we believe all young people have the potential to succeed, fully realize their own worth, and understand their personal responsibility to our community as they prepare for the pursuit of their own path. We partner with you to ensure our youth receive quality educational experiences that prepare and empower them for success in academics and in life. Services include after-school tutoring and mentoring, school-break camps, and access to CITC’s Fab Lab, as well as healthy lifestyles development, and career planning and preparation.

FAB LAB

In this place where ideas come to life, you will find creativity, connection, and culture. CITC’s Fabrication Laboratory (FAB LAB) provides opportunities for students of all ages to manufacture innovative designs through creative exploration and experimentation.

This Anchorage-based digital fabrication resource center, created in partnership with MIT, combines traditional Alaska Native cultural values with cutting edge educational tools to bring traditional concepts and understanding to student experiments.
