In this class, participants will develop a fundamental understanding of what the art of resiliency is and also interact with other attendees through activities associated with displaying the differences between Rural and Urban living. We will also be examining the differences between Dry, Damp & Wet villages as well as overcoming barriers related to diagnosis & criminal charges. Other topics covered and examined are Intrinsic/Extrinsic motivational factors, Self Esteem & Self-Advocacy.
