CITC is open 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and is closed most major holidays. Please check our calendar for more information.

Need support with addiction or substance use? Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our Our Recovery Peer Support team is here. Call or text (907) 793-3646 – we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Records Request

To request a copy of your records from services you recieved at CITC, please fill out our CITC Records Request/Release of Information Form.

Completed forms can be submitted by:

– Self drop-off, in-person at any CITC location

If participants would like to submit a complaint, they may make a complaint verbally by speaking to a staff member at a CITC location, by calling  1-800-546-8080, or by writing to:
