Hours of operation

CITC is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is closed most major holidays. Please check our calendar before you visit.

Records request

To request a copy of records from services you received at CITC, complete the Records Request / Release of Information form and submit it one of four ways:

• Drop off in person at any CITC location
• Email CITCRecords@citci.org
• Fax 907-793-3423
• Mail to CITC Records Request, 3600 San Jeronimo Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508

Media inquiries

Members of the media are invited to contact our Communications Department at media@citci.org or call/text 907-793-3221 for information about our programs and initiatives, or to request interviews and commentary.

How to file a complaint

Participants may make a complaint verbally by speaking to a staff member at any CITC location, by calling 1-800-546-8080, by emailing CITCFeedback@citci.org, or in writing to:
