We are recruiting for this summer’s Brown University Environmental Leadership Lab: Alaska (BELL). The program combines concepts in environmental studies, ecology, and leadership, with a mission of developing socially responsible leaders. Students develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to create positive change on environmental issues facing their local communities and the planet as a whole.
This year BELL is July 19 – August 1, 2020 in Southcentral Alaska. Please see the attached information, and the BELL website: https://precollege.brown.edu/bell-alaska/ (Note: the website will indicate that they are no longer taking applications, but we have spots reserved – please still apply using the attached application.)
We are looking for exceptional Alaska Native/American Indian Anchorage high school students with a strong academic background, and interest in the areas of focus. There are full scholarships available for our top candidates.
The deadline to apply is March 27, 2020.
