Introducing the myCITC Portal!

Making CITC services more accessible

Cook Inlet Tribal Council program participants now have access to a free, online app to connect to CITC services.

The new myCITC portal gives program participants the ability to:

  • Search for services
  • Apply for services
  • Safely message CITC services and staff
  • Submit documents securely

With just a few clicks, participants can create a profile from any internet-connected device (phone, tablet, or computer) to access the full features of myCITC.

Participants needing assistance in setting up a myCITC profile can visit CITC’s Navigation team located on the first floor of the Nat’uh Service Center at 3600 San Jeronimo Drive (M-F, 8am – 5pm).

The myCITC portal is the first step of a participant-focused approach intended to simplify access to services at CITC. Additional features and functionality will be added over time to support those served by CITC and its affiliates.
