Regulate to Elevate: Emotional Awareness & Control for Real Life
This class is designed to help us recognize, understand, and manage our emotions, especially in high-stress or overwhelming moments. Many of us were never taught how to handle big feelings, and instead were told to ignore, push through, or hide them. In this class, we flip the script.
We start with a powerful truth: all emotions are valid. Anger, sadness, fear, even joy—they’re all part of being human. Instead of reacting out of habit or shame, we explore how to hold space for these emotions with care and curiosity. Through grounding, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll practice staying present with our feelings before they take over our behavior.
Using real-life scenarios, group discussions, and hands-on activities, we’ll build emotional tools that reduce stress, increase confidence, and support better choices at work, home, and in relationships.
