Sep 25, 2025 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

free

Join the Career Development Team for their Career Skills session on Stress Management.

Stress Management – “Stress is just part of life” What if it didn’t have to be?

This interactive course opens the door to honest conversations about stress—what it is, where it comes from, and how it silently shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and future. Whether you’re dealing with day-to-day pressure, long-term burnout, or inherited stress that’s been passed down for generations, this class helps you make sense of it all.

We’ll explore the difference between survival mode and thriving mode, break down the science of stress in a simple and relatable way, and introduce real-life tools you can use right away. You’ll also learn how stress connects to emotions, health, relationships, and your goals.

Perfect for anyone who’s been taught to “just deal with it,” this course creates a safe, judgment-free space to reflect, learn, and grow. By the end, you’ll have a personal stress toolkit and a deeper understanding of how to protect your peace—and your potential.
