Important Changes to Your TANF Benefits Card
Starting February 15, 2025, Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) will switch from the Key Bank Debit Card to a new Rapid Card Debit Card.
What This Means for You:
- You will receive a new Rapid Card Debit Card in the mail within the next 60 days
- Any money on your current Key Bank Debit Card will stay available for at least one year
- Your benefits will continue without interruption
Next steps
- Make sure your address is correct by checking it against the one at the top of this letter
- If your address needs to be updated, contact your case manager right away
- Watch your mail for your new card and instructions on how to use it
We will send you more information about your new card over the next two months. Confirming that CITC has your correct mailing address is very important, so you receive your new card on time.
