Participants learn that effective communication is not about talking more, but about understanding the full process and choosing responses with care.

Participants will explore how messages are shaped, filtered, and received—and practice practical steps to improve communication at every stage, especially in workplace settings where misunderstandings can impact employment.

As part of the ARCTIC Workforce Certification, this up-to-2-hour, course strengthens clarity, teamwork, and conflict prevention—skills employers consistently seek.
