Workshop is a Peer to Peer (P2P) opportunity that  will cover different types of interviews, general questions asked, body language messaging, and the STAR interview technique. Participants will get to put what they learn to practice through interview breakout sessions that will explore different types of interviews listed below.

o   Mock Speed Interviewing -Breakout session is to save everyone’s time, and to interview as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. It also gives employers a chance to see how the candidates respond to pressure and competition.

o   Elevator Pitch Role Play-Breakout session is named for the time it takes to ride an elevator from bottom to top of a building (roughly 30 seconds or 75 words) but can be used in many settings. Come and share your core message.

o   Panel Interviewing -Breakout session is the job interview in which an applicant answers questions from a group of people who then make the hiring decision.
