Introduces and reinforces items related to keeping a job or to help participants integrate into the workforce. Places emphasis on items that are often pitfalls for new employees. Provides strategies for avoiding these pitfalls, and to maintain and advance in their employment. Includes discussion on initiative and emotional intelligence and how these set a stage for other items that come up in the workplace.
